After receiving the service request, BION Style Ltd. will decide at its sole discretion, if the product will be collected for examination/repair, will be (partly or fully) replaced, or if the service request will be rejected. Where warranty is provided on products, the warranty shall remain in force for 1 years starting on the date of delivery. After 1 year, you might be asked for a financial contribution for possible extra costs that have to be made.

In General

  • The warranty is valid from the date of delivery to the first owner.
  • The warranty covers repair requests of manufacturing faults.

Exclusions and Limitations

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal and natural wear and tear
  • Wear and tear of wheels and caps
  • Damages caused by improper and excessive use and abuse
  • Improper assembly or servicing by unqualified persons
  • Specific characteristics of product and material that are not covered by the guarantee
  • Poor maintenance
