Policy for cancellation and refund:

• Customers can cancel an order within 3 days from the order date and get a full refund. Any cancellation after 3 days will be subject to a 20% charge of the invoice value.
• Cancellation of order after delivery is not allowed.
• For reasons beyond control, BION Style Ltd. may cancel your order. In such cases, BION Style Ltd. will refund the customer in full.

Valid conditions and reasons to return an item:

• Delivery of wrong product
• Delivery of the products with missing parts

Refund may be refused in any of the following conditions:

In the unlikely event that your product needs warranty service, please contact our showroom via email or phone number. After receiving the service request, BION Style Ltd. will decide at its sole discretion, if the product will be collected for examination/repair, will be (partly or fully) replaced, or if the service request will be rejected. Where warranty is provided on products, the warranty shall remain in force for 1 years starting on the date of delivery. After 1 year, you might be asked for a financial contribution for possible extra costs that have to be made.

In General:

• The warranty is valid from the date of delivery to the first owner.
